Hey! My name is Jade Izmirlioglu, I am a third year Creative Media and Game Technologies student, currently interning at Guerrilla Games as a Quality Assurance intern. Within the study, I have an interest in environment art, world design, and production. Specifically, I am an aspiring producer in the game industry. Check out some of my work on this page!
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
qa intern - guerrilla games
Worked directly alongside developers within an embedded content QA team.
Gained hands-on familiarity with the proprietary Decima Engine to understand visual script node flows and developmental constraints.
Assisted in Director’s review playsessions by processing issues that are called out during the session and forwarding them to the appropriate producers.
Assisting in milestone preparation by bulk-creating testcases using Excel and Testrail for the World QA team.
Organised studio-wide playsessions in collaboration with the production and user research teams.
Bulk processed bug requests by the developers into Jira whilst maintaining a balance of efficiency and detail.
Regularly analysed software builds to ensure they maintain quality for various forms of usage.
Producer & 3D artist intern - xr lab
Production:
Managed the project scope, timelines, and task division.
Worked in Scrum / Management tools such as ClickUp and Jira.
Developed game concepts, MVPs, and scenarios.
Prepared and presented multiple pitches for clients
Worked closely with the company supervisors.
3D Art:
Created 5-10 organic or hard-surface props per month and implemented them into Unreal Engine
